• Diagnostic / Service Call Fee: There is a standard trip & diagnostic fee for a technician to visit your location, inspect the unit, and diagnose the issue.

• Repair Cost: Diagnostic fees are separate from any labor and part costs required for the actual repair.

Our certified technician will inspect your appliance, identify the cause of the problem, and provide a repair cost.

Important:

• The diagnostic fee is non-refundable

• The diagnostic fee does not include the repair cost

• If you choose to proceed with the repair, your diagnostic fee will be waived.
